The story of Easter is a clear and powerful call to trust in Jesus, to follow him, and to experience the change that only he can bring. It’s the story of Jesus’ death on the cross for our sins and his resurrection three days later. As we examine the story, we see not only the life that Jesus lived but also the life Jesus offers us. We invite you to join us to take a journey through Easter Week. Don’t miss a chapter of this story. It is the story of hope, joy, forgiveness, and life.

The Easter Experience will take you on an interactive journey using the Gospel of John. Every successful journey has a clear destination, and John’s purpose in writing the book is to guide the reader in the Way of Life. However, John’s portrayal of the disciples shows that they seemed unclear about the destination. Many of us can have the same questions the disciples had and wonder if we are headed in the right direction. This year, the Easter Experience will explore how to know the way to the life promised by the Father, who is the God of creation and redemption. We will discover that the only true path to life is through Jesus.
This experience is free and open to all ages. The Easter Experience begins in the T-Wing: Room 302.

Easter Week begins with Palm Sunday on March 29. Palm Sunday commemorates the entrance of Christ into Jerusalem, during which palm branches were placed in his path before his arrest and crucifixion. On Palm Sunday, we Anticipate what’s coming next. Palm Sunday Services are at 9 and 10:30 AM in the sanctuary.
On Good Friday, we Remember what Jesus did when he humbly and sacrificially allowed himself to die on a cross for our sins. It’s important to pause and reflect on the pain and death that Jesus experienced because, without death, there is no life. Good Friday Service is at 7 PM on April 3 in the sanctuary.
The disciples and family of Jesus watched his death and mourned that loss. They did not know that 3 days later they would be able to Celebrate and rejoice in his resurrection. Jesus defeated physical death and spiritual death for everyone who believes in him. Easter Services are at 9 and 10:30 AM on April 5 in the sanctuary.
