We want to be a place where you can learn about Jesus and connect with him. We want you to experience God’s love and find opportunities to share that love. And we want you to discover your gifts and be able to serve within the church and in the wider area.
Christmas often brings a general sense of warmth, kindness, and joy around the holidays. We remember traditions, family experiences, gifts we received, favorite movies, and cookies, but underneath it is a historical echo of the thrill of hope of the incarnation of Christ. God has not left us alone, and Christmas reminds us of this truth through a poor little boy born in a manger.
This Christmas, discover joy through the music of some of your favorite carols. Hershey Free is hosting Christmas in the Park, a community event with performances from local bands and choirs, food trucks to purchase goodies, carnival games for children, and a guided luminary-lined carol walkthrough on a .3-mile paved path. We hope you'll join us on December 13 from 6 to 8 PM at Patriot Park in Hummelstown.
This is a community event that helps us live out our one-year milestone to Connect Well - Live Well. We encourage you to be involved in this special night and sign up to volunteer!
Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Jesus, the long-awaited hope of the world. We look forward to remembering the joy of Christmas and reflecting on what Jesus’ birth means to us today. Join us for one of our Christmas Eve services on December 24 at 5 or 7 PM. Our children’s choir will perform at the 5 PM service only.
Hershey Free Church is part of an association of autonomous churches united around ten theological convictions called a Statement of Faith. Gateway is a study of that statement of faith through systematic theology taught by Dave Martin.
Gateway will meet every third Thursday of the month, starting January 16 through December 18, 2025, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Each month focuses on one of the doctrinal statements and the biblical basis for that statement. We invite anyone interested to an informational meeting on Thursday, December 5 at 6:30 PM in room 10.
