Passage Ceremony | September 7 | 12 PM | Auditorium

The Passage Ceremony is an opportunity for us to encourage our incoming 6th and 9th grade students as they prepare to enter the next phase of their faith journey. It is a way for us to celebrate students and to remind them that we will always be in their corner as they move through KidStep and CORE. The Passage Ceremony allows families to gather together and encourage their student in intentional ways. A more detailed email will be coming out specifically to 6th and 9th grade families with additional information. Lunch will be provided. Marriage Retreat | January 30 - February 1, 2026 | Refreshing Mountain

Strengthen the marriage. Strengthen the home. Strengthen society. We are excited about our upcoming 4th annual marriage retreat. This is a weekend designed to strengthen relationships and create lasting memories. Couples will have the opportunity to grow together through engaging sessions and enjoy fellowship with other couples from the church. Early-bird price per couple is $440 through August 31. This includes two overnight stays at Refreshing Mountain Retreat Center in Ephrata, PA, and four buffet-style meals. The cost will increase to $515 on September 1st. Back-to-School Bash | September 20 | 2 to 4:30 PM | Back Parking Lot

As a church, we desire to create environments that equip you to strengthen your relationship with Jesus and also to go out into the community to show the love of Jesus to others. An easy on-ramp for community engagement is during the start of a new school year. To this end, we are hosting a Back-to-School Bash on September 20, from 2 to 4:30 PM, in the church back parking lot. We encourage you to join us by bringing your family, inviting your kids’ friends, or volunteering at the event. We will have carnival games, a petting zoo, snack food, and community tables. The event is free and open to all kids from birth to those entering 5th grade. Volunteer.

Senior Adult Luncheon | 1st Wednesday of each month starting Sept. 3 | 10:45 AM to 1 PM | Auditorium

Senior Adult Bible Fellowship meets on the first Wednesday of each month. A $5 donation is suggested for lunch. Please register each month by calling (717) 712-8936.

Women’s Connect Morning & Evening

Women’s Connect will be studying God of Deliverance: A Study of Exodus 1-18. In this 10-session verse-by-verse study of Exodus 1–18, Jen Wilkin shows us that Israel’s story is our story: the same God who delivered Israel also delivers all those he loves from slavery to sin and from service to the pharaohs of this world. He lifts our eyes to the promised land he has prepared where we dwell with I AM and worship him as the one true God.

Moms Connect | 9:30 to 11:15 AM | Auditorium

Moms Connect of Hershey Free Church is a wonderful opportunity for moms of young children to connect with God and each other through the journey of motherhood. The group provides an environment to meet the needs of moms whose youngest child is preschool age or younger. Each mom will be joined with a group of other moms. The sessions include time for moms to fellowship and connect, support and encourage each other, and learn from mentor moms and speakers in the name of Jesus Christ. Our first session this fall will be September 10. Register.

Hershey Free Golf Outing | September 27 | Pine Meadows Golf Course

Everyone is invited to join us for Hershey Free’s golf outing! It will be a shotgun start at 7:30 AM, with registration opening at 6:30 AM. Form your own foursome or we will add you to one. Men's Retreat | November 7-8 | Camp Calvary

Gather with brothers in Christ at our Men’s Retreat for a powerful weekend of fellowship, worship, and personal growth. Child Dedication

Child Dedication is an important part of the life of Hershey Free Church. We value our partnership with parents in joining their children on their spiritual journey. Our child dedication process consists of a required class for the parents held prior to the dedication ceremony. Register for classes.
