Who We Are
At Hershey Free Church, we believe a disciple of Jesus is someone who Lives with Jesus, Loves like Jesus, and Leads Others to do the Same. We want to be a place where you learn what it means to have your identity rooted in Christ and experience God’s presence through a life of worship. We desire for you to be known in a group, experience God’s grace to heal, and have healthy relationships. We invite you to be on God’s mission as you serve within and outside the church to show and share the good news of Jesus.

Where We Come From
Hershey Free Church is part of a larger association, the Evangelical Free Church of America. As a denomination, “We are a community of believers who are committed to Jesus Christ, the gospel and to one another. Connected by our theological convictions, we exist to glorify God and multiply transformational churches among all people.”

Where We're Headed
Practically speaking, as you continue your journey of Live/Love/Lead, we desire for you to gather in worship, join groups, and be on-mission. We are committed to create environments for you to do these things.
We acknowledge that the church is large, and it can be hard to know how to get involved. We encourage everyone to take a step. That step will look different for everyone. Life can be busy, and not everyone will take the same path. Throughout the year, we will offer short-term opportunities for you to experience worship gatherings, try out a group, or be on-mission in the community. Also, at any time join our consistent, ongoing rhythms that will help you go deeper in your life with Jesus, your love for others, and your engagement in God’s mission.

Short-Term Opportunities
- Worship: The Fountain | November 1 | 7 PM | Auditorium
The Fountain is an environment in which we enter the presence of the Lord through signing, prayer, and community. It is a time to be refreshed and encouraged as we engage one another and God on the journey of faith.
- Groups: Live/Love/Lead Starter Event | September 7 | Noon | T-Wing: Room 403
Interested in a small group? At our starter event you’ll have a chance to join a group and go through a 4-week curriculum. At the end you can decide if you want to move forward in joining a group.
- On-Mission: Christmas in the Park | December 12 | 6 to 8 PM
Our 2nd annual Christmas in the Park is a great community outreach event. Come listen to live bands, enjoy snacks, and an interactive walkthrough experience.
